Welcome One and All to the Annual Spring Arts Festival and Ice Cream Social!!
Hyde PTSA will again host the Spring Arts Festival on Thursday, May 8th, 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. There is something for everyone to enjoy: displays from visual arts, metals, and woods classes, the choir performance and fashion show, and foreign language and journalism projects. Plus, there is the Scholastic Book Fair in the library AND, of course, great ice cream sundaes.
Parent volunteers are needed to serve ice cream and
drinks, set-up and clean-up. Please contact Suzanne

Hyde Teacher Appreciation Week is May 12th to 16th.
The PTSA will provide Breakfast on the 12th and lunch on both the 14th and the 16th. We need your help - to set-up, clean-up and bring a dish. Check out what we need at http://hydems.ca.campusgrid.net/home/PTSA/Teacher+Week

Announcement Regarding Student Meal Price Increase for 2008-09:
The 2008-09 student meal prices have been increased for the next school year as follows: Student Breakfast/Brunch will be $2.25 and Lunch is $2.75.
(Non subsidized adult meal prices: breakfast is $2.50 and lunch is $3.25)
This increase was approved by the Board of Education at last night’s (4/8/2008) school board meeting.
